Labor charges and payments for completed repairs are generally non-refundable once the agreed diagnostic or repair work has been performed, unless Fixtronics determines that a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.

Completed Repairs

Payments for completed repairs are generally non-refundable once the agreed repair has been performed. Any exception will be handled at the discretion of Fixtronics based on the specific situation.

Special-Order Parts

Special-order parts, custom-order parts, or non-returnable parts may not be eligible for a refund once ordered, shipped, or installed.

Unsuccessful Repairs

If a repair attempt is unsuccessful, refund decisions are made case by case depending on the work performed, parts used, time spent, and any prior agreement with the customer.

Approved Refunds

If Fixtronics approves a refund, the amount and method of refund may depend on the payment method used, parts already ordered, labor already performed, and the circumstances of the original service.
